Is New World Free to Play?

A lot of great games are completely free. Does this mean that sometimes hundreds of people working on them do it for free?

Of course not!

Most of those free games contain a lot of micropayments, which often lead to Pay to Win. That’s why I have to say, Buy To Play games sometimes can be cheaper than “free” ones, even if they also contain some micropayments.

New World isn’t Free to Play. The price starts from $39.99 for Standard Edition. There is also a Deluxe Edition, which costs $49.99.
