How to open the map in New World?

It’s not easy to move without knowing the area, especially in such a big, open world like this one in New World.

To open the map, press “M” key on your keyboard. When the map opens, you can use a scroll on your mouse to zoom specific locations. What’s interesting, by right-click on the map you can easily place a waypoint, which will appear on the top navigation bar in the game.

If the “M” key didn’t work, or you want to change this for another key, you should go to the Settings (ESC) and Key Bindings tab. It’s in the User Interface section.
